Set immediately adjacent to, and uphill from, the Historic Hui Aloha Church and windward beach at oceanfront Mokulau Landing in remote and peaceful Kaupo, Maui. Looking out across a pure & primitive coastline, these 2 acres ascend gently from ancient rock walls of Hui Aloha's Church grounds to an approxiamate elevation of 90 feet above the seashore, assuring critical view planes preservation. Frontage is about 800 feet along an unpaved roadway running seaward from Hana (Pi'ilani) Highway. There is a permitted fresh water well in place. Power is off-grid. The roughly hour drive to Kaupo from 'Town' is nearly completely paved these days. Rainfall is in a marvelous, moderate range of 40-50 inches annually. Mokulau, Kaupo survives as a rare one of a few old Hawaiian places virtually unimpacted by ravages of time and development. It has a deep history, which lives on today.
